These are free classes hosted by Maria Tumang, Injury Prevention Coordinator with Brigham and Women's Hospital. Bingocize participants gain improved lower and upper body strength, balance and range of motion. It combines education and exercise with the goal to improve your health.
Classes take place weekly on Mondays and Wednesday at 1:00pm until April 3rd.
