Mission Hill Pathway is a development that was inspired by community principles. 

We are hosting our first community meeting on November 28th, 2023 at 6:00pm. The in-person meeting will take place at the Tobin Community Center located on 1481 Tremont St, Roxbury, MA 02120.  Please complete this form below to register for this event.

At 77 Terrace Street and 778-796 Parker Street, our team is proposing to develop:

  • 40 affordable condominiums for first-time homebuyers and families

  • 30,000 SF of community gardens and open space stewarded by The Trustees

  • Approximately 5,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space
