Initial Presentation with Questions & Answers: Proposed Modification and Use of 14 Hillside St. as a 3-Family House

The proposal is to modify the existing building at 14 Hillside St. to become a legalized, code-compliant 3-family house. This will include installment of a sprinkler system with fire alarm and of an interior staircase. The footprint of the building will not be changed.
