1.   Community Updates and Announcements including a brief update on the MH Problem Properties Task Force
     
2.  Recap AND VOTE: Reconfiguration of Rowhouse at 41 Delle Ave.
Presenter: Attorney Patrick Sweeney with Hector Colon, Owner
The proposal is to convert this 1-family rowhouse into a 2-family home, without changing exterior dimensions.
Community support for zoning relief at a ZBA hearing is sought for the following violations:
      Article 59, Section 37 Off-Street Parking Insufficient: Required: 1 more parking space. Existing: 0
      Article 59, Section 8  Floor Area Ratio Excessive: Max. allowed: 1.0 vs. Proposed: 1.72
      Article 59, Section 8  Add'l Lot Area Insufficient: Min. lot area required: 2,100 sqft vs. Existing: 1,451 sqft
       Note: Utility room on the basement shall be accessible by both units.

3.  Initial Presentation /w Q&A (NO vote yet):
      Yard usage at 117 Heath St. for storing construction equipment

Community support for zoning relief at a ZBA hearing is sought for the following that is not as-of-right:
      Use of property as construction storage yard. Items to be stored include trucks, excavation equipment, pipe, concrete barriers, bulk storage of gravel, and stone.

      The proposal is to convert a current triple decker at 8 Burney St. to a 5-story rental property.
