Chain of Change by Mel King: Book Discussion

  • Boston Public Library - Parker Hill Branch 1497 Tremont Street Boston, MA, 02120 (map)

Originally published in 1981, the ideas and observations Mel King compiled from his experience as an activist, public servant, and community builder are timeless. Our goals are to learn the history and context of community and economic development in Boston and explore how we can integrate the concepts presented in the book to address issues we still face today.

We will discuss his book, Chain of Change, on February 8. Pick up a copy of his book at the front desk of the Parker Hill Library!
